The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere – it made for a very restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The gym was clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. Room service was also prompt and tasty. What truly made the stay exceptional was the excellent customer service. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Five stars all the way

We must say a extra thanks to the All the staff in the restaurant - who prepared to our special dietary (Full vegetarian without O&G) need for our family. The hotel was beautiful - with all facilities for very comfortable stay. Children club / activities was excellent. As our Granddaughter loved it. WE HAD A VERY WONDERFUL TIME AT THIS HOTEL. Very welcoming HOTEL AND STAFF - from Manager to room staff.
